How do I place an order?
1. Register and login on our website https://elightwell.com using  your usual email address
2. Select your favorite products to add to the shopping cart
3. Enter the shopping cart to check if the product you want to buy is correct, if it is wrong, please re-select, if it is correct, please click "Check out".
4. Fill in your shipping address, please make sure the order address is correct.
5. Choose your payment method, if you choose credit card payment, please fill in your credit card information, if you choose other payment methods, a secure page will pop up, and then log in your payment account
6. click "Pay"
7. After the transaction is processed, you will see the order confirmation message immediately.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay).

You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout. We provide our users with secure and friendly payment options and always ensure their privacy and security, we do not collect, store, transmit or disclose any payment information.

What is your refund and return policy?

Return Conditions
There is a 30 calendar days guarantee period from the time you receive the product, which means you have 30 calendar days to return the product after you receive it.

Order Cancellation
We only support order cancellations within 2 working days of purchase in store. We do not support order cancellations if the product you ordered has already shipped (even if it has been less than 2 business days). If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at service@elightwell.com and provide your order number, and we will notify you within 12 hours if your cancellation request is successful.
Additionally, items in transit or changes in delivery times are not grounds for cancellation of your order.

Refunds
We will notify you immediately upon receipt and inspection of your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your account within 1-4 business days to your original payment method.
